Free Shipping Across the USA

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days. During peak seasons (such as the holidays) or due to carrier delays, delivery may take a little longer.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after it is issued.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at support@eastwren.com; we can update it only if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will help locate it or send a replacement.
