90-Day Money-Back Guarantee — No Questions Asked

We want every East Wren customer to feel completely confident ordering from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No questions asked.

How it works

1. Email us at support@eastwren.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number.

2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and return address. You do not need to explain why.

3. Send the item back with its accessories (projector, remote, power adapter). Original packaging is appreciated but not required.

4. As soon as the return is received, we issue a full refund of the product price to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, we cover the return shipping or send you a free replacement — just include a photo or short video of the issue in your email.

Please note

• Returns must be requested within 90 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.
• Items must be sent back to the address we provide; packages sent to other addresses cannot be refunded.
• One refund per order. Returned items must be the original East Wren product purchased.
